Lost in translation

We often plan our lives in our heads before going on to execute those inchoate ideas in the real world. In this seemingly simple process, our complex minds gloss over the intricate inconsistencies which are certain to alter the ultimate fruition of the endeavours at hand. We are lulled into complacency by the pretentious cliché that we've got it all covered; when in actuality, there are scores of uncertainties which have the potential to wreak havoc on our pre-determined plan of action.
It is not merely enough to psyche oneself before effectuating an arduous assignment, it is imperative to ascertain that the finer details, bound to get obfuscated in translation, are also adhered to with finesse. Then and only then, will the barometer of self-assurance gain a much needed fillip to achieve the goals set by the desirous mind.
Accountability of our strengths and weaknesses then, becomes a pivotal factor in deciding the fate of our proposition. Our grey areas are in the need for urgent redressal whilst modulating our puissance in accordance with the assignment at hand.
There also is the prerequisite of flexibility in our plans. Many a time, a well-etched out process, with a benevolent outlook, gets consumed by the lack of application and unsolicited obduracy. It is important for us to alter our intrinsic dynamic, syncing it with our environs to amplify our productivity.
We need to guard our intentions from getting lost in translation.
